Inside FSA World Cargo Design
The airports and airfields in the program are hand selected to ensure it provides the maximum enjoyment to our pilots.
Every airport was flown into by our staff. We examined the terrain around the airports and looked at its departure and arrival challenges. It was done this way with the intent to have each member performing the flight the need to really look at the charts and maps (flight planning) before each flight is performed, if something was over looked certain head-on collision with terrain or miss approach could undoubtedly be in the flight. Some airports don’t have VOR’s so finding them would be a challenge.Worldwide delivery was another area we considered at the time of design. Why concentrate on one region of the world. Our member’s locations range from all around the world from New Zealand, United Kingdom and across the world to the America’s, therefore we provide areas that would give them a challenge in their own back yard with the ability to travel and explore the rest of the world.
We continue to add and develop more routes for FSA World Cargo. Random flight strips are added periodically, more like Easter eggs, giving the pilots performing the particular flights awards and ribbons. The rewards are revealed later once the period has ended with a particular event. An example of this awards and ribbons are The International Humanitarian Relief Ribbon and The Olympic Spirit Ribbon both which can be found in our awards and ribbon section.
Definitely more to come.
